大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)是學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)德育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)組(zu)成部分,是實(shi)施(shi)素(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)措施(shi),是促進(jin)大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)面發展、提高人(ren)才素(su)質的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)途徑和手段(duan)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)在校(xiao)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領導小組(zu)的(de)指導下,堅持心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)思想(xiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he)、普及教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)個別(bie)咨詢相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he)、持課堂教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)課外活動相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)自我教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he)解決心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)問(wen)題(ti)與(yu)解決實(shi)際(ji)問(wen)題(ti)相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he),依(yi)托學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)體系(xi)和心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機構(gou),完(wan)善校(xiao)、院、班、舍四級聯(lian)動的(de)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)體系(xi),在日常教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、管理(li)(li)(li)和服務中(zhong)面向全(quan)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)開展心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。目前,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)設有大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)咨詢中(zhong)心(xin)。中(zhong)心(xin)掛(gua)靠在學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)部(處),受學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)部(處)指導和管理(li)(li)(li),主要(yao)(yao)(yao)負責全(quan)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)咨詢輔導工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

每(mei)年三月(yue)至五(wu)月(yue),學(xue)(xue)校積(ji)極組織和開(kai)展以“心理(li)健(jian)康”為(wei)主題的(de)教(jiao)育宣(xuan)傳季活動,面(mian)向全(quan)體學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)開(kai)展多形式、多渠道(dao)、多層次的(de)心理(li)健(jian)康教(jiao)育宣(xuan)傳活動,幫助學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)健(jian)康成長。每(mei)年十月(yue),學(xue)(xue)校積(ji)極開(kai)展并認真做好新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心理(li)普查工作(zuo)。通過心理(li)普查,全(quan)面(mian)地掌握(wo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心理(li)健(jian)康狀(zhuang)況,建立相關學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心理(li)檔案,為(wei)預防、發現和緩解大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心理(li)問題,及時干預和跟(gen)蹤服務(wu)提(ti)供參考(kao)(kao),并為(wei)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)育管理(li)工作(zuo)提(ti)供科(ke)學(xue)(xue)的(de)參考(kao)(kao)依(yi)據(ju),有效提(ti)高(gao)心理(li)健(jian)康教(jiao)育工作(zuo)的(de)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)性和針對性。

學(xue)校(xiao)通過開(kai)設(she)心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)教育(yu)課程和專題講座(zuo),進(jin)行心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)知(zhi)識宣傳,以個體(ti)心(xin)(xin)理咨詢、團(tuan)體(ti)心(xin)(xin)理輔導、電話熱線輔導、心(xin)(xin)理測(ce)量等方式為(wei)全體(ti)在校(xiao)學(xue)生提供服(fu)務。同時學(xue)校(xiao)臨潼校(xiao)區設(she)有箱庭治療室(shi)、情緒宣泄室(shi)、音樂(le)治療放松室(shi)等進(jin)行各種情緒調整和行為(wei)重塑訓練(lian)的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)功能室(shi),解(jie)決學(xue)生在入學(xue)適(shi)應、人際(ji)關系、戀(lian)愛(ai)婚(hun)姻、學(xue)業發展(zhan)、職業定向(xiang)、人格(ge)完善(shan)、潛(qian)能開(kai)發等方面的(de)(de)問題,為(wei)同學(xue)們心(xin)(xin)理成長提供專業化(hua)、職業化(hua)的(de)(de)服(fu)務。

學(xue)校心(xin)理健康教育工(gong)作以(yi)幫助同學(xue)健康成長(chang)為己任,以(yi)認真負責的態度,秉承(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)立、保(bao)密的咨詢原(yuan)則,在心(xin)與心(xin)的溝通、愛與愛的交(jiao)流中(zhong)(zhong)陪伴每一位(wei)同學(xue)走過(guo)大學(xue)。
